Okuyasu at the Shop
Okuyasu - NPC selling various ablility related items. He was one of the main characters in Diamond is Unbreakable. Okuyasu is located in the Shop, next to the Park. He cannot be attacked and hurt, and he's just standing in the shop waiting for customers. After starting the conversation with him, he will offer to sell something from his item shop. Currently he is selling only Stand Arrows and Stone Masks, they are free, but it will change in the future.
